In the unlikely event that you feel the machine doesn’t suit your needs after taking delivery of it, you’ve got 48h to return it by courier at your own cost. This only applies if the machine has not been taken out of its protective film packaging, installed or used.
Please call us on 0113 532 4010 or email us for delivery details & further instructions. It’s important you repack the machine on its original pallet, and in its original or replacement cardboard box.
Refunds will be issued back to the card used for payment, once the goods are in safe receipt. If you wanted a larger or smaller machine as a replacement, you can re-order this online and we’ll send it free of charge for standard deliveries.
